Tide-ings Advertisement for 2009

The Santa Shores Homeowners’ Association request you consideration for placing an add in our association newsletter published quarterly during the coarse of the year. Your advertisement will reach 1,600 of your neighbors through the distribution of the Tide-ings and will reach an additional number of people through our web site at www.santarosashores.org. The Tide-ings newsletter can be reviewed at our website address. You will also receive complimentary business membership into our association, which entitles you to receive recognition at each board and homeowners’ meeting, as well as at every special community event.

The cost for the advertisement varies according to schedule stated below:

Ø 1/8 page ad = $70 per quarter edition or $250 for four editions*;

Ø 1/4 page ad = $125 per quarter edition or $400 for four editions*;

Ø 1/2 page ad = $200 per quarter edition or $500 for four editions*;

Ø Full page = $300 per quarter edition or $700 for four editions*;

The “Tide-ings” editions are January ’09, April ‘09, July ‘09, and October ‘09.  We also expect to publish a special Holiday edition again in late November 2009.

* SRSH members receive special discounts on all ad rates:

Ø 1/8 page ad = $50 per quarter edition or $175 for four editions;

Ø 1/4 page ad = $100 per quarter edition or $300 for four editions;

Ø 1/2 page ad = $160 per quarter edition or $450 for four editions;

Ø Full page = $225 per quarter edition or $600 for four editions.
